During his 25 years of service in the Real Estate industry, Chris has earned the loyalty and trust of countless families with their real esate needs.  In fact his business continues to be built on a repeat and referral basis with over 700 families listed in his client base.  He remains in contact through periodic calls, meetings and regular mailouts during the year.

Chris' extensive knowledge of the North Surrey area is a direct result of being born and raised in Surrey and living in the area.  Soon after graduating and achieving his real estate license, Chris worked at Realty Horizons for 22 years until the company merged with Macdonald Realty Olympic.  Through the years, Chris has been able to build a great rapport among his fellow realtors in and out of his office to create a strong network to exchange real estate information.  His success has earned him an award as Sapphire Master Medallion member for 23 years in the top 10% in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (less than 1% of the board members hold this designation).  In 2004, Chris was listed in the top 25 in sales volume out of over 2000 realtors in the FVREB.

Presently Chris works with his wife, Donna, also a licensed realtor since 1984.  In periods of extreme volume, Chris has an association with a number of experienced and capable realtors to ensure that all of his client's needs are met.  Chris and Donna continue to upgrade their Real Estate skills by regularly attending the educational courses offered by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and the B.C. Real Estate Association.
